Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

PARA ships to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii, & United States Virgin Islands. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

International shipping is coming soon!

PACKAGING

On the outside, our packaging is deliberately discreet to protect your privacy. 

On the inside, our products are wrapped in our signature logo eco-friendly tissue paper, handwritten note, and usually a few extra surprise goodies :) 

All of PARA's packaging is recyclable, plastic-free, and plant-based. Any non-eco-friendly packaging was provided by our vendors that we re-used for extra protection. 

SHIPPING RATES

We work with several carriers and try our best to keep our rates low. We want our customers to get their orders as soon as possible, so we do our part by processing, packaging, and shipping packages within 1-2 business days. Exact delivery times will depend on speed & carrier:

  • Domestic orders less than $75 USD - Flat rate of $5.99
  • Domestic orders equal to or larger than $75 - Free shipping $0.00
  • Domestic express any order value- Calculated at checkout 

Shipping options, rates, and timelines are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note that delivery delays occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control. 

PARA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (this includes, but is not limited to, tariffs, taxes, etc...). 

TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email, with a tracking number, once your package has been shipped. 

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once the carrier confirms delivery. 

DAMAGES

We take pride in carefully shipping our orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, damages may occasionally occur during the shipping process. In that event, please email an image of the item(s) right away to hi@shop-para.com for assistance. 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDER

If a package is reported undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please note additional shipping costs may apply if a package is re-shipped. PARA will not be able to issue a refund if the undeliverable package is returned with damages or not returned at all.

 

RETURN POLICY

Select items are eligible for free returns within 21-days of purchase. Since we adhere to a high sanitary standard to ourselves and our customers: SMOKEWARE CANNOT BE RETURNED. This includes but is not limited to dry pipes, water pipes, and rolling papers. Items that have been removed from original packaging and/or deemed unsalable by PARA cannot be returned. Please email hi@shop-para.com to confirm an item's return eligibility. 

To initiate a return, please email hi@shop-para.com with order details and reason for return. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued once the item(s) are returned, received, and inspected by our team. 

Please allow 5-10 business days from the receipt of your item(s) to process a return. * Exact time varies by bank & payment processor. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
