DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders $75 and over.
HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED?
Your order will packaged discreetly in a blank white, brown box, or USPS box. The name ‘PARA’ will be listed on the shipping label. There are no brand logos or designs that would draw attention to the package.
HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?
We’re speedy shipping out orders. All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days. The exact number of days that your package will arrive at the final destination depends on the selected shipping method.
For Domestic orders within the United States, you may select the desired shipping speed:
- Overnight: 1 business day
- Expedited: 2 business days
- Priority: 2-3 business days
- Standard: 3-5 business days
For International orders, delivery time estimates are calculated based on location and are not customizable at this time.
Orders ship from our distribution centers in New York City or Massachusetts.
HOW DOES THE BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTION WORK?
We are happy to offer a buy now, pay later option through Sezzle. By using Sezzle, you will be able to make 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. The first payment will be collected at the time of purchase and the remaining 3 payments will occur every 2 weeks.
To use Sezzle:
- Select ‘Sezzle’ as your payment method during checkout.
- Follow the steps and click ‘Complete Order.’
- You will be redirected to Sezzle to secretly checkout.
- An Order Confirmation email will be sent from PARA.
- A separate email with your payment schedule will be sent from Sezzle.
The payment method does not impact the processing speed of the order. So whether you use Sezzle or a Credit Card, your order will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You don’t love your order? No problem. Para offers free returns of items within 30 days of purchase. For sanitary purposes, only unused items are eligible to be returned. Send us an email at hi@shop-para.com to initiate a return.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A BROKEN / DAMAGED ITEM?
On the rare occasion you receive a broken or damaged item, just send us an email at hi@shop-para.com with a picture(s) of the damaged item and we’ll take care of it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK MY PIECE?
It happens, but we’re here to help! If you break your item within 30 days of purchase, send us a picture of the broken item at hi@shop-para.com, and we will send you a discount code to help you with the cost of replacing it.
